Arrival on the Calendar

We had our 38 week doctor appointment today. All is well with the baby and progress is still continuing. I am 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced and baby is down and in position. Doctor has decided to relieve me of the pain I'm dealing with if baby is not here by the end of next week, as he scheduled an induction for Monday the 17th, just 6 days before the actual due date. I'm a little fearful of that whole process, but am trying to trust that all will go well and appreciate being able to plan. We are praying that he comes on his own before that, but trust that God is growing him strong and healthy and that he will come at the perfect time!

Can't wait to meet him! So excited!
