Yesterday I spent the day alone with Logan, taking him to his 3 yr check up, a lunch date just him and mommy and then off to Grandma and Grandpa's to pick up baby brother. It was so nice getting some time alone with him, something that hasn't really happened since Ryan's arrival.
The doctor appointment went very well. It was different now that he is three- such a big boy. They weighed him on the "big person" scale, measured his height standing up against the wall, took blood pressure, and checked vision and hearing. He was very cooperative and even did great during the two shots, lollipop in mouth!
The numbers:
34.8 pounds
37 3/4 inches
Perfect vision and hearing (very cute to see him stand like such a big kid, covering one eye at a time and proudly announcing the shapes they pointed too!)
Afterwards we went out to lunch and even shared some ice cream together. We went shopping and he got to pick out a new train for doing so well at the doctor (praise God, we found Gordon!).
