The big 3-0!

 Last month, I said goodbye to my 20s....

and Jeff totally outdid himself! He surprised me with a party at a Chinese Restaurant here in the Woodlands, with all my closest friends, his family and mine! He ordered balloons, sent out an evite after inquiring with my friends about a good day that worked for them and even had this made (with my mom's help collecting all the pictures of my first 30 years!) Thanks to Amanda for her great computer skills too! :-)

This is my new purse from my brother! LOVE it! Sad he couldn't be there to celebrate, but he just moved to Houston, so I'll be seeing a lot more of him now than I've been able to the last few years... and that's a present in itself!

My newest BFF Amber... God brought her into my life at just the right time and now I cannot imagine living life without her!

I am embracing this new age! Thirty... it just kind of sounds right... I mean really, I have three kids and drive a minivan, so being 30 just makes sense. I've been so blessed in my first 30 years and I'm excited to see what's to come in the next 30+! Thanks so much to my wonderful husband for putting together such a great evening and to my friends and family for showing me such love on this night and always! The quality friendships I have at this stage in my life truly mean so much to me! I'm blessed beyond measure!
